EXHIBITORS—$100+
Organizations and businesses may join us for tabling opportunities in our Exhibitors Hall, which is open during meal breaks and before and after the event. Benefits include:

- Admission for (2) members, volunteers, staff, or board
NEW WAVE GROUPS—POSTER EXHIBIT
The NH Progressive Summit is excited to welcome New Wave Groups – grassroots groups organizing in local communities or around specific issues. We extend a special opportunity for New Wave Groups to share who they are and what they are working on with a poster exhibit.
- To Qualify as a New Wave Group: Must have core group of at least (10) active members and no paid staff or 501 (c) application or registration with state or federal entities.
- To Qualify for Poster Exhibit: Must have at least (3-5) members register for the NH Progressive Summit. Please see NH Progressive Summit scholarships application if needed.
- Guidelines for Poster Exhibit: The poster should be a visual representation of the story and work of your group. Please be sure to include your group name, geographical area, 3-5 bullets about your mission or issue focus, and photos of your group in action. Include any website, social media page, or contact information. Maximum poster size should be standard 22” x 28” poster paper or foam with easel back or stand, or 22” x 28” foam tri-fold (open). All poster presentations should be laid out in portrait style. Groups may also set out business cards, flyers, or sign up forms that fit directly in front of poster exhibit. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate computers or other materials as part of the display, but there will be a designated time for NH Progressive Summit participants to view the posters with New Wave Group leaders on hand.
- New Wave Groups are also welcome to sponsor at one of the above levels for full sponsorship tabling opportunities and recognition.
